Responsibilities：

1. Work out QC specification document for each finalized product and cooperate with supplier to establish process/final quality control;

2. Implement final inspection to confirm the products quality situation before shipping;

3. Conduct sample inspection for final product and work out inspection report;

4. Conduct first article inspection and work with suppliers for improvements and preparation for the mass production;

5. Conduct annual quality system audit to existing suppliers and work out audit report;

6. Termly supplier's key process check and cooperate with suppliers to help them to fulfill JCDecaux quality requirements and improve quality performance;

7. Quality issue analysis and work with suppliers for corrective action plan;

8. Others.

Requirements：

1. graduated, majored in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering;

2. At least 2 years working experience in quality/supplier management within mechanical or electronics/electro-mechanic;

3. Strong communication skill, good command of English is must;

4. Basics knowledge in measurement, engineering drawing, statistics and purchasing process;  

5. Knowledge of ISO9000-14000 Std and of product certification standard; 

6. Knowledge of QC method and tools, PDCA, 8D, FMEA, 5 why analysis, etc;

7. Possess of team-work skills, analytical ability, fact-oriented, fast learning and problem solving, personality with a strong sense for responsibility;

8. Flexibility to travel regularly to regional suppliers’ locations.
