<Job Descriptions>

负责与客户日常接洽，处理订单，按计划出货。

联络供应商，跟单操作并管理相关出货计划。

跟踪客户需求预期并定期进行库存监管。

配合营业关于客户不良联络管理。

1.Handle orders in time and complete the shipment as per plan.

2.Liaise with supplier in time, and manage the related delivery plan.

3.Monitor and supervision the inventory.

4.Tracking customer demand expectations, and adjusting in time.

5.Cooperate with sales to contact and manage the customer's defective products.

6.Good communicate skill with Customer and Supplier .

<Qualification>

1. 日语一级，英语四级，无障碍沟通 .

2. 熟练SAP系统操作；

3. 熟练应用Office/Windows等软件； .

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力；

5. 有2年左右的相关工作经验。

1. Language skill, JLPT N1 and CET4 above.

2. Good computer skills including SAP.

3. Be familiar with Office/Windows.

4. Good communication skills and team work.

5. Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales assistant or customer service with multi-national company.
