职位描述
岗位职能：
1、接收客户操作指令，收集原始数据，转化指令，反馈工作进展；
2、制作内部收发货作业单，客户所需的工作反馈表单以及仓库单证的归纳工作；
3、主动发现问题，需找客户诉求，提升客户满意度以及部分协助工作；
4、完成上级领导和仓库主管交办的其他工作和KPI工作要求。
5、能加班加班，（工作时间周一~周六8:00~20:00）
任职要求
1、中专或以上学历，熟练操作电脑并熟练适用办公软件；
2、工作认真，仔细，负责，执行力强，有一定的工作思路；
3、至少有3年以上大型仓储企业单证，客服操作经验
4、有仓库现场操作和管理经验优先
