Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

职责目标：

This position is concerned with the safety inspection to whole hotel and supervising security guards to work well. Assist security manager of the daily affairs.

监督警卫人员履行其职责。对酒店进行安全检查。协助安全部经理的日常工作。

Essential Responsibilities:

基本职责：

Strictly implement the safety measures per Hilton Hotels Safety Management Policy and Guidance.

遵守希尔顿员工手册及希尔顿酒店的规章制度。

Assist security manager of the daily affairs and finish the assigned task on time.

协助安全部经理处理日常工作，完成他们安排的任务。

Carry out all items of safety policies and have safety inspection regularly.

落实各项安全管理制度，经常性的进行安全检查。

Be responsible to arrange the daily affairs to the security guards.

负责安全部警卫班组的日常管理工作。

Supervise guards and check if they worked well or not.

督导警卫人员履行其职责，检查各项安全工作的执行和落实情况。

Improving team member’s skill in order to make them work better.

组织警卫人员学习业务知识，增强业务水平，提高队员素质。

Report to management in case of any emergency or fire hazards were found and managed to settle it.

向酒店管理层提出发现的事故隐患或火灾隐患并极力排除。

Assist Security manager to give train to security guards and improve guards work skill.

协助经理对警卫人员进行业务培训，提高警卫人员的业务水平。

Be in charge of daily operation and checking the process of daily work, evaluated members work, including: attendance record, performance on duty.

负责警卫人员的日常管理，检查、评估队员的工作表现，对其进行考核和考勤。

Investigate and try to solve kinds of emergency or traffic accidents happened in hotel.

对饭店内发生的各类交通事故进行调查与解决。

Create and manage the internal file and records.

建立和管理安全部内部文件和档案。

Arrange the daily affairs to security guards.

安排警卫队的日常工作。

Hold a meeting with all duty guards before each shift to share the daily important information give out the work requirements and report to manager about the daily work.

每天召开班组会，总结当天工作，传达工作要求，定期向经理进行工作汇报。

Inspect around to the work status of each position and solve it if any problem was found.

巡视检查各岗位的工作情况，处理各岗位发现的问题。

Keep the hotel outside in safe condition and stop any illegal activity around hotel.

维护饭店外围的治安环境，清除饭店区域内的各种非法活动。

Maintain the hotel area in good transportation.

保障饭店区域有良好的交通秩序。

Keep the main entrance to hotel accessed easily in any big even and protect VIP in safety.

遇重大活动，确保外围道路畅通，保证重要宾客进出饭店的安全。

Actions taken to any safety hazards involved and report the check results and corrective measures to security manager.

对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报安全部经理。

Clear up kinds of illegal activities in hotel.

清除饭店区域内的各种非法活动。

Check and correct the member who was offensive.

检查、纠正各类违纪员工。

Organize guards to control the issued site in case of emergency.

发生紧急情况时，组织警卫人员对现场进行控制。

Check the communicating device and keep duty guards in good communication.

检查通讯器材使用情况，保证警卫的通讯联络畅通。

Manage and keep the taxi traffic in good order.

对出租车实施管理，维持出租车经营秩序。

Keep garden car park and basement car park under smoothly controlled.

对酒店车场和地下车库进行安全管理。

Assist GSM to handle the complaint from guest to the taxi service.

协助处理客人对出租车的投诉。

Check the safety facility and equipments to ensure all devices in good condition. Killed at all kinds of fire facility.

检查酒店安全设施、器材的使用和保管情况，确保各种器材完好无损；熟练掌握各种消防设施

Anyone belongs to the Hotel Fire Brigade should rush to the site at the first time in emergency.

属于应急队人员,发生紧急情况要第一时间赶到现场

Be able to organize TM to put out the previous fire.

能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾。

Arrange the assignments and organize TM to patrol around the public area of hotel.

安排岗位，分派工作，组织警卫人员对酒店公共区域进行定时的巡逻检查。

Be in charge of the section when Security manager is off duty.

在安全部经理不上班期间，代理经理事务。
