Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

This position is concerned with repair and maintenance of all electrical installations and equipment in the hotel.

负责电力设备的维护和保养。

Essential Responsibilities:

基本职责：

Responsible for 380V and 220V voltage electrical system running smoothly.

负责酒店由配电室出线的380V和220V电力线路及附属设备的安全运行。

Responsible for electrical control system of all equipment.

负责水泵房、各种排送风机和制冷设备及其附属用电设备的电源供给及控制设备的电气维修。

Responsible for every power supply units maintenance.

负责各个单元用电设备的维护保养。

Responsible for electrical distribution box in Guest Floor.

负责楼层配电室的运行管理。

Responsible for outside lighting and Festival lights decoration of the Hotel.

负责酒店公共场所的照明和节日彩灯的安装和编排。

Starting work on time, carry out tasks assigned by leaders.

准时到达工作岗位，禁止擅自离岗，服从上级的调度和工作安排。

Responsible for equipment operation & maintenance on his own shift.

负责本班工作范围内的设备运行操作、维护保养，执行酒店有关经济运行的规定。

Improve self’s working skills.

努力学习，熟悉和掌握本班所管辖设备的各项技术性能和参数以及维护、保养、巡视内容。

Make sure maintenance work was done quickly and with high quality.

接到维修单后能及时、迅速、保证质量、不留问题地完成工作任务，并将维修结果回复。

Except the daily work, also can handle the works which crop up unexpected.

除了本班管辖设备的日常维护工作，有能力完成上级临时下达的工作任务。

Supply high quality service, to raise reputation for Hotel.

以完美的道德品貌和优质的服务为酒店争取荣誉，树立口碑。

Give good suggestion, and make contribution for Hotel.

发掘各人的主观能动性，积极开动脑筋，大胆提出合理化建议。

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

This position is concerned with all the paint work in the hotel to maintain all paint work in an “AS NEW” condition throughout the hotel. To ensure all surfaces are kept in perfect condition and to assist in new works, renovations as required by room maintenance supervisor.

负责酒店的所有油漆工作，保持酒店所有油漆面如新的一样。确保所有饰面处于良好状态并按客房主管的安排进行新的工作和装修。

Essential Responsibilities:

基本职责：

Maintain all the paint work in the hotel.

维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。

Follow the instructions of the room maintenance supervisor.

按照客房主管的布置进行工作。

Work on daily trouble reports assigned by room maintenance supervisor and report when the jobs are completed.

按照客房维修主管分配的维修单进行工作，完成后及时反馈。

Check regularly emulsion paint of ceiling, furniture surface, wall covering etc. Do preventive maintenance work according to schedule.

定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。

Keep the workshop clean and tidy.

保持工作间干净整洁。

Perform as a basic fire fighting member while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.

当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。

Perform other duties may be assigned.

执行分配的其他任务。
