Shanghai East International Medical Center seeks an experienced pediatrician for immediate placement.
Duties:
Practice all aspects of pediatrics in a Western out-patient and in-patient setting
Participate actively in development of pediatric programs and services
Assist in improving existing processes to provide quality care
Work closely with all doctors and staff to coordinate a high standard of care for patients
Train staff in up-to-date pediatric knowledge and skills as well as the appropriate culture and norms expected by patients

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of practice in pediatrics, experience in neonatology a plus
24 hours on-call
Ability to commit to 1 year or more in a challenging environment
Excellent English speaking skill
Effective communication skills and caring personality a must
