JOB FUNCTIONS
·Partners with employees and management to ensure consistent, equal and fair treatment of employees in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the laws and regulations of China.
·Works with the HR Manager and acts as mediator, counselor and facilitator in arbitrating disputes between employees and their supervisor and/or other employees, to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. Interacts and is accessible to all levels of employees.
·Investigates any issues of misconduct and recommends resolution. Works with the HR Manager to ensure that all internal investigation steps are followed in accordance with company policy and external laws.
·Collaborates with management and recommends training programs that will increase the overall knowledge and skill of employees in keeping with the goals of the organization. Work with the HR Manager and other HR colleagues to carry out the programs.
·Coordinates and participates with management in disciplinary actions or termination proceedings involving employees. Ensures that all documentation is provided to eliminate or minimize any future adverse impact to the company.
·Implements the employee compensation and benefits programs to develop employee and supervisor understanding and compliance.
·Works with supervisors to educate and support the performance management process.
·Provide reports including headcount and payroll to management as needed.
·Prepares monthly payroll reports.
·Miscellaneous project and duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred and 3 to 5 years of experience or the equivalent combination of work experience and education.
2.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience with Payroll / HR systems is desirable.
Knowledge of the labor law and regulations.
Knowledge of social welfare insurance program.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Self-starter who is able to manage multiple priorities with competing demands
3.Strongly required both oral and written communications in English and Chinese
4.Ability to function as a team player. Ability to accept personal accountability for successful job performance Ability to initiate and offer suggestions aimed at improving service to our customers.
