Fully in charge of quality of purchased Metal parts and related supplier quality control for SHF manufactured machines.

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1. Closely work with vendors to monitor and support them well quality control in vendor side, try to eliminate the risk to flow out non-conformed parts;

2. Quality control plan establish for new developed parts, and keep tracking in PA and MP phase;

3. Fixture design and make with vendor for metal parts measurement (CMM and IQC);

4. Address and follow up corrective and preventive actions in vendor side to Incoming issues and line feedback issues;

5. New vendor assessment, process evaluation, and qualification;

6. Train vendor competence improvement, such as SPC, PFMEA, ect, tools deployment.

Full of responsibility, pro-activeness, and honesty; work independently, target oriented and disciplined.

2. Knowledge 知识

1） Bachelor degree, major in Engineering or related specialty;

2） With Total Quality sense and understand manufacturing industry process

3) Well understand ISO 9001, certified as internal auditor is a plus;

3. Competence & Ability能力与技能

1) Full of experience and competence to audit supplier, SQM in EMS industry with 3+ years successful experience on machining, stamping, die casting, etc, industry;

2） Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of quality common tools (SPC, Control Plan, 5-Why, FMEA.. )

3） Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.

4） Good at reporting ability, good interpersonal and communication skills
