- For our Energy Wind Power in Shanghai we are looking for an EHS Coordinator at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Participate in design and optimization of the APAC chemical/environmental management process. Performing periodically review of the chemical/environmental management process to ensure that it is efficiently maintained and continuously improved.
- Maintain and further develop the Global Environmental Management Standard and IMS documentation related to the chemical/environmental management process. Maintain close cooperation with Siemens Energy regarding chemical/environmental topics.
- Support the implementation of E W's global Environmental Management Standard, Processes, IMS Documentation as well as coordination of activities, programs and other initiatives regarding chemical/environmental matters within Siemens Wind Power APAC.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 requirements and OHSAS18000, mainly on chemical/environmental process.
- Assist as a chemical/environmental specialist in accident investigation of chemical/environmental events and ensure compiling of corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for the environment product module in the SESIS Database for Siemens Wind Power APAC.
- Responsible for the APAC part of the global system for controlling MSDS (Online MSDS).
- Consultancy and training of employees in subjects of chemical/environmental management and related issues.
- Act as a chemical/environmental specialist and support the organization in compiling laws, internal and statutory requirements in chemical/environmental topics.
- Give input to internal audit program regarding chemical/environmental performance. Participate in internal audits regarding chemical/environmental requirements as needed.
- Assist the organization as LCA specialist in collecting LCA data for LCA projects and LCA programs. Support implementation of EP 1 and environmental product life-cycle management in product design phase.
- Responsible for operational eco-efficiency programs and setting of requirements for environmental reporting process for Siemens Wind Power APAC. - Coordination and check of preventive and regulative measures where relevant.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree in Engineer, Chemical Engineer or similar technical education
- Professional experience within production, maintenance or other operational activities, consultancy company, authorities (environment/occupational health and safety) etc
- Advanced knowledge of EHS tools and methods and project coordination
- An expert of Standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, MSDS Authoring/ Classification & Labeling
- Basic knowledge of relevant health & Safety, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or similar
- English Fluent, German as a plus
- Initiative, Self-determined, Results and Quality Oriented, Professional Ethics, Good Team Player, Able to learn , Analytics
