- For our Energy Windpower in Shanghai we are looking for a Quality Network Manager.

- The mission of a Quality Network Manager is to align all APAC BU level quality activities with related BU controlled Legal Entities. This includes optimizing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the required certifications according to the business requirements and the Sector/Division directives.
- As Quality Network Manager you support Quality Management activities within BU with special respect to BU controlled Legal Entities' Quality Organization and you steer via governance the Heads of Quality Management in the BU controlled Legal Entities.
- The Quality Network Manager reports directly to the Head of Business Excellence APAC.

What are my responsibilities?
Quality Management System:
- Drive design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of an appropriate quality and environmental management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001&14001. Based on quality related requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework. Interact with BU BE and drive quality culture.

Business-driven quality planning / process management:
Drive
(a) identification of critical business issues,
(b) prioritization of improvement projects / actions,
(c) quality resource planning,
(d) selection of KPIs

Continuous improvement activities (e.g. Lessons learned)
- Drive initiation and coordination of continuous improvement activities (e.g. Lessons Learned). Initiate best practice sharing (e.g. BU and BU controlled Legal Entities).
- Develop process improvements e.g. regarding workflows and/or process modeling.

Focused, regular and direct quality reporting:
- Actively establish and drive quality performance reporting to management.
- Using these results to initiate improvement activities.
- Broad communication of quality topics to all employees.

Audit and assessments:
- Support for audits, assessments and preparation of management reviews, this includes regular internal assessments based on the mandatory elements e.g. of Siemens Quality Management Guidelines.

Embedded quality:
- Ensure the correct application of related processes procedures within the organization of the BU controlled Legal Entities.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Wind and/or Energy business
- Advanced knowledge in Quality Management (according to ISO9001:2008)
- Advanced knowledge in Environmental Management (according to ISO14001:2004)
- Advanced knowledge in occupational health and safety (OHS) management system standard OHSAS 1800
- Advanced knowledge in communication and training skills
- Advanced knowledge in presentation skills and moderation techniques
- Advanced knowledge of project management and process management
- Experince in leading teams
- Long term experience with Chinese culture and within a multi national company environment
- Mandarin and English Fluent, German as a plus
- High Business-Results Orientation, Customer Orientation, Value Orientation, Strategic-Innovative Orientation, Collaboration & Influencing
- Change Management, Team Development, Ability to learn
