- Siemens IC MOL RA are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This role will be responsible for all aspects of project execution (not only schedule, quality, and profit) .
What are my responsibilities?
- You will be the first point of contact for all project-related activities
- Leading the project team and assuring the project target reached
- Managing the customer collaboration and maintaining the customer relationship
- Presenting project results to the management
- Ensure that Project Quality Management processes
- Evaluating project team members and fostering their individual development
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Project manager with more than 3 years of professional experience
- Project planning and controlling
- Risk management and claim/change order management
- Result orientation, organizing orientation, and quality orientation
- Customer focus
etc.
- At least bachelor university degree, ideally supplemented with SIG background
- International work experience of at least 1-2 years, preferably in the Europe or USA
- Convincing communication skills in English, and supplemented in German
- Motivation and Inspiration
- Willing to travel frequently
