Specific Responsible:
1,Assist to HRM to implement HR projects, and run irregular HR reports independently.
2,Cooperate other BU department and ensure HR process and regulations to be implemented strictly.
3,Screen CV regularly and make telephone interview if necessary, cooperate and arrange interview.
4,Assist to organize and implement training program upon the annual plan.
5,Deal with routine administration.
6,Other assignments designated from HRM.

Requirement:
1,Bachelor degree, related to Human Resource will be plus.
2,Be proficient in oral and written English, if be good at Japanese as well, will be advantage.
3,Above 3 years relevant working experience in HR generalist.
4,Work ethics, highly responsibility,
5,Good communication skill, and team sprits.
6,Be excellent in Microsoft skill, especially in Excel, PPT.
