岗位职责:

1. Responsible to define and document IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.11 based WLAN, GNSS, Bluetooth software and hardware architectures and performance requirements.

2. Responsible to develop ASIC, software, firmware and platform architecture.

3. Technical management of new technology and product development.

4. Collaborate with ASIC, SoC, algorithm, RF, software and firmware, IP and hardware teams to manage system architectures and performance development goals.

5. Work with cross-functional teams to solve platform level issues.

6. Network protocol and architecture simulation and development.

7. System architecture development and performance evaluation.

任职资格:

1.MS/Ph.D. is required.

2. 10+ years relevant experience. Expertise with audio system, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.11, GNSS or Bluetooth chipset architectures for mobile and embedded applications.
Detailed understanding of algorithm, hardware, software and firmware design, networking protocols, baseband processing systems, RF transceivers or power management aspects of system development and integration.

3. Strong working knowledge of IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.11 standards and Wi-Fi.

4. Strong working knowledge of Bluetooth standards including BT classic, BLE and BT 5.

5. Strong working knowledge of GNSS systems including GPS, BDS and GLONASS.

6. Strong working knowledge of audio system development.

7. Familiarity with software, firmware and ASIC design, development and verification process.

8. Familiarity with network protocols.

9. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

10. Ability to develop detailed system architecture and design documents.

11. Familiar with network simulation. e.g. NS3 or others.
