职位描述

Be responsible for overall operation management for shared Warehouse of two plants (SSPA/SSAM):

- Define responsibilities within the team, arrange workload & resources for daily operations

- Lead and supervise warehouse team to adhere to all SOPs, security and safety rules.

- Take part in plant SIM meeting and lead warehouse SIM meeting, closely follow up all actions till closure.

- Control expenses & equipment’s maintenance.

- Manage 3PLs warehouses (Bonded & Non- Bonded): deliveries, expenses, quality.

- External warehouse management.

- Work with warehouse method leader for the inventory accuracy control activities, such as cycle counting,yearly stock taking and improvement actions for the findings, etc…

- Work with warehouse method leader for warehouse architecture and flow design and optimization.

- Continuously dig and Initiate CI activities inside warehouse in all areas to sustain warehouse management at advance level, such as safety and 5S, service quality, efficiency, stock accuracy, MPH flow, etc...

- Be the unique contact window for any topic related to Warehouse.




1. Bachelor degree is compulsory, major in Manufacturing/Engineering/Logistics is preferred

2. At least 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in Manufacturing company is compulsory

3. 3-5 years Logistics experience (procurement, production planning, inventory accuracy) is a big plus.

4. Good knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing/warehouse is preferred

5. Good English communication skill.

6. SAP IM/WM module is compulsory

7. Strong sense of goal, CI spirit and customer oriented attitude
