Mission: Summarize in one sentence (why does the job exist within the organization?

Co-ordinate & drive the cross functional team to achieve localization of targeted number of parts, rebalancing volume, consolidated saving and productivity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the main responsibilities that directly aim at the realization of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible.

1.Co-ordinate & drive the cross functional team to achieve localization of targets, i.e. no of parts, rebalancing volume, consolidated annualized saving and productivity

2.Organize the localization project schedule & main action plans in detail along with the cross functional team

3.Organize regular reviews with all the concerned actors in China and France to make sure that the projects are moving as per plan and all roadblocks & potential risks are removed.

4.Manage & continuously look for opportunities to optimize project budget (capex investment & expenses)

5.Make monthly reporting to management about results - progress - roadblocks - risks etc. and also financial results (i.e. saving, investment, expenses etc.). Make on time updating of centralized reports as applicable (APM, Otto etc.)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.
