职位：

生产工程师

职位目标

支持公司高空作业设备生产线的生产运营，制定生产工艺（作业指导书，控制计划，过程失效模式及后果分析...）,设计工装，工具；核对系统中物料清单，界定设备需求。该生产工程师同时需参与安全管理。

岗位职责：

制定生产工艺（作业指导书，控制计划，过程失效模式及后果分析...）,设计工装，工具

和生产部，质量部，工程部同事合作提高生产率，提高产品质量，并控制成本。

积极参与新产品开发，包括工装，工具，设计，界定新设备需求，制定工艺流程。

核对物料清单并确认系统中正确的物料需求。

确认工程更改并实施。

参与厂房设施维护。

制定安全措施，指导生产一线员工安全作业。

按照Altec 生产体系要求持续改进。

职位要求：

工程类本科以上学历。

2~5 年机械行业工作经验。

1~2 年生产工程师经验。

英语良好，能够直接与国外同事直接交流。

愿意学习并在压力下工作。

具有在多远化，跨职能团队环境下工作能力，具有良好的合作和沟通能力。

迅速反应并解决问题的能力。

Position Description

Position

Manufacturing Engineer (China)

Purpose of Position

Participate in manufacturing support, formulating production process (working instruction, control plan, PFEMA…), fixture and tools design, verify the BOM, specify equipment requirement of aerial devices, and other equipment comprising the company’s product line. The personnel also involve in safety management.

Responsibilities

Formulating production process, which include working instruction, control plan, FEMA, Layer Audit, fixture, mold and tool development.

Work together with production, quality and engineering team to improve manufacturing efficiency, improve quality and reduce cost.

Involve in new product development, include design fixture and tools, specify the equipment requirement, define working processes.

Verify BOM to make sure correct material demands in system.

EC validation and implementation.

Involve in facility maintenance.

Define safety measures, guide workshop associates work according to safety policy.

Implement continuous improvement using the Altec Production System.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering.

3~5 years working experiences in mechanical industry.

1~2 years experiences in manufacturing engineering position.

Able to communicate with oversea associates directly.

Willing to learn and work under pressure,

Ability to work in cross-functional environment with good coordinating and communication skills.

Ability to react quickly to resolve issues.
