1. Builds strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the company to facilitate the implementation of retail marketing plan and the set-up of intelligence network.
2. Understands customer/market needs (e.g. technical, logistics, cost/benefit) , level of customer satisfaction, market environment/trend, and competitive dynamics, coupled with some research projects upon request, to provide needed information to management decision making processes.
3. Ensures sales team understands customer value perception and our value proposition by providing the tools (e.g. best practice) and knowledge.
4. Monitors and tracks implementation of the designed marketing programs (e.g. sell-out , point of purchase displays, promotion, new product launch) to ensure desired outcomes by marshalling all necessary resources to get things done.
5. Engages with customers in a partnering, consultative approach to determine needs and to develop appropriate and effective solutions by asking insightful questions and uses persistence and rigorous logic.
6. Support the product development and management activities with primary focus on the market intelligence to understand the customer needs, to collect competitive information, and to identify opportunity for business growth, product enhancements and new products.
7. EHS responsibility:  Integrate and update EHS (Environment, Health& Safety) information/subjects into company internal communication support (news letter, communication board, intranet, booklet, posters, video…) just as any other information/subject and diffuse it to the network. Make sure EHS, as a company culture, is integrated into each communication materials (e.g. ppt template, daily communication) and each communication activities (e.g. when holding an exhibition should refuse waste and uses recycle materials as much as possible).
