Key Responsibilities:

· Work together with Marketing and Sales Managers to achieve their sales targets. Implement and enhance market awareness of company's products among audiences by planning and implementing various marketing activities including seminars, tradeshows/conferences, advertisements;
· Compile Chinese catalogues and other publications including handbooks, brochures and flyers;
· Coordinate internally, help to design campaigns and develop marketing/promotion collaterals;
· Coordinate with BU marcom on collaterals for new products & align with promotions;
· Develop and evaluate effectiveness of marketing events; set up key assessing metrics;
· Lead the maintenance and update of product and marketing information on our external websites as well as the iConnect internal websites;
· Maintain and update web training platform, communicate with corporate marketing team to ensure the platform runs smoothly;
· Manage the customer database;
· Other daily marketing responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:
· Have at least 3 years of experience in related working, prior to engage in life science or laboratory work.
· Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English are essential. Be able to work with headquarter on marketing communication tasks.
· Master degree or above with background of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, bioengineering & Biotechnology.
· Computer proficiency.
· Take initiatives, able to get things done on time and promote working through a team environment.
· Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions and situations.
· Cost conscientious and effective use of resources.
