职位描述
岗位职责：
每天定量外呼客户电话，简单解答客户疑问；
根据公司给予的客户资源通过电话回访形式筛选意向客户电话
建立客户名片，记录客户需求；
将客户信息转分配给移民顾问处理；
对于日常解答客户问题时遇到的困难点进行及时汇总与反馈；
按时按量完成上级安排的其它工作。
本岗位为翻班，不能晚上22点下班的勿投
任职资格：
学历、专业不限，普通话标准，口齿清楚；
良好的语言表达能力，良好的沟通技巧；
熟练掌握office办公软件应用，有英语会话基础者优先；
较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队协作意识；
具有客服或销售从业经验优先；
欢迎应届毕业生。
