Position Responsibility:

[IT development related] IT 开发相关

1. Develop and build automation solutions for Operations by using tools available to users such as MS Excel, MS Access, VBA as well as other scripting tools, leveraging on local data warehouse, based on being familiar with operational process;
   基于对后台业务流程熟悉的基础上，运用允许用户使用的工具如MS Excel、MS Access、 VBA，以及其他脚本或网页开发工具，依靠本地数据仓库为运营部门设计开发各种自动化解决方案；

2. Ongoing maintain, keep good documentation and implement solid risk controls on the above mentioned solutions;
   对上述自动化方案进行持续维护，包括但不限于调查及解决日常问题，需求变更开发，维护相关文档以及实施风险控制方案

3. Work with other IT related stakeholders, eg, internal and group IT, external vendor to conduct business analysis, discuss requirements, solutions and drive implementations for various operations’ system projects;
   与后台用户以及其它IT团队如本地以及集团IT部门，外部供应商合作，参与运营相关项目的需求分析，解决方案讨论以及协调项目实施

4. Participate SEB’s scripting community meetings to get updates about group trend and guidance in this area, as well as to communicate and exchange with other community members;
   加入SEB的脚本开发社区，参加定期会议，获取总部关于这一领域的最新趋势以及指引，与其他社区成员交流与交换信息

5. Learn and process trade finance related products: including but not limited to Export L/C, Import L/C, Export/Import collection, supply chain finance, guarantee and etc.

6. Credit and Loan processing: including but not limited to limit setup, OD monitoring, loan document checking, loan monitoring and etc.

7. Perform control functions as required by relevant operational procedures

8. Prepare various internal and client reports as necessary and ensure timeliness and correctness;

9. To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on operation procedures;

10. Timely escalate important issues (such as operational errors, compliance issues, customer complain and etc.) to Team Leader if any;

11. Participate in various operations’ projects, especially system related projects, perform testing if necessary.

12. Back up other team members if necessary;

13. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position Requirement:岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, software development related major is a plus;
   本科及以上学历，软件开发专业优先

2. Indepth knowledge of MS Office VBA, familiar with MS Access database development, knowledge with SQL is a plus; Knowledge of MS sharepoint development and simple web development is preferred

   深入了解MS Office VBA编程，熟悉MS Access数据库开发，具备一定SQL知识优先；同时了解Sharepoint以及简单Web开发为佳

3. Good understanding with software development lifecycle and various IT development risk control mechanism;

   对软件开发周期概念有较好的理解，并熟悉各种开发风险控制机制

   Bank related knowledge or relevant work experience is preferred;

   同时具备银行知识以及运营相关工作经验优先

4. Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;

   具备积极进取以及努力解决问题的工作态度，能承受一定的工作压力

5. Good communication skills, team work spirit and customer service mindset;

   具有良好的沟通技能，团队协作以及为客户提供服务的精神

6. Good English at spoken and written.
