Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:

• 支持现场服务和销售团队，分析解决问题，提供技术方案。
• 跟进耗材相关重要项目和重要问题，提供现场、远程支持。
• 负责耗材第三方测试、内部测试工作。
• 审核耗材相关协议、文档等。
• 与美国技术团队保持积极沟通，解决技术问题，完善解决方案，掌握支持产品动态。
• 编写、完善耗材相关技术文档和资料。
• 跟踪耗材类产品质量，并与相关团队沟通和汇报。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 本科学历、有化学类专业背景。
• 有三年以上油墨耗材类相关技术工作经验优先。
• 熟悉RoHS, REACH等化学品相关标准。
• 良好的逻辑思维能力，自我学习能力，自我管理能力。
• 良好的语言沟通能力。
• 良好的英语读写听说能力。
• 良好的客户服务意识。
• 良好的团队工作意识
• 熟悉常用办公软件。
• 能适应经常性出差
