Competency Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, Fluent English

2. 3 years luxury aftersales working experience (knowledge of repair lab)

3. Sharp insights on procedure and data

4. Solid customer complain solving experience

5. Optimistic , Flexible to changes

6. Responsible, Strong sense of ownership
