Responsibilities & Duties of the Position:
1.To ensure the smooth progress of company business, proactively coordinate with program/engineering/logistic for program launch for all DV prototype.
2.Responsible for supplier RFQ, all DV prototype sourcing, establishment of contracts with suppliers
3.Follow all elements of the Global Prototype Process and ensure compliance with supplier selection, RFQ, sourcing table
4.Manage document like Purchase Orders and Supply Contracts etc and vendor profile.？
Requirement of candidates: (Specify : Education / Experience / Special skill and competency requirement / personal successful attributes)
1.>3 years’ experience and working knowledge of Procurement Function
2.Have background of engineering in automotive industrial will be preferred
3.Familiar with supplier base for plastic, metal or electrical sample making field
4.Clear mind, and quick learning capability
5.Good excel/PPT skill with data process
6.Good understanding with internal and external requirement
7.Good team work
