Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of the team, drive operational efficiency and discipline
• Monitor and adjust workload across CSRs to maximize throughput
• Builds and manages daily/weekly schedules to meet commitments
• Establish and maintain suitable performance metrics, monitor results and identify improvement opportunities
• Work to ensure seamless transitions within the team and to/from the supply chain/ order fulfilment team so that customer experience is positive
• Collaborate with CS stakeholders  (Sales, Marketing, SC, logistics) on areas of improvement, ensuring clear accountability and appropriate coordination for each improvement activity
• Work with commercial team to identify issues/bottlenecks within business processes
• Manage the planning and operations to support business continuity and disaster recovery
• Responsible for SOX/International trade compliance and signing off on the Internal and SOX controls as needed
• Develop the medium and long term strategic workforce plan and manage the intersections with other HR processes such as performance management and succession planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelors (or higher) degree in Science or relevant disciplines 
• Strong communication skills are needed, both oral and written in both Chinese and English
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal with all levels of management, personnel and business representatives
• Demonstrated strong change management skills
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP system is preferred
• Supply Chain and Business process expertise is preferred
