职位描述

1.Responsible for the online distribution business of the company's brand, decomposed the annual sales targets, and formulated the monthly/quarterly/annual store operation plan and store sales plan for cooperative customers. Complete the sales tasks and payment collection requirements with quality and quantity guaranteed within the time specified by the company;

2. Design channel trading terms and mid/long term developing strategy to make sure the channel growth

3. Distributor management and new account development tracking. Expand online distribution channels, determine distributor recruitment plans according to the current situation of beauty makeup industry, and guide team members to conduct selective investment promotion and expansion;

4. Formulated the brand standard price system and improved the activity application standard, conducted the price control of authorized channels, and maintained the unified prices of all channels. Strictly control the price gouging behavior of unauthorized channels, ensure the interests of authorized channels and protect the brand price system;

5. Channel executable action plan development according to the strategy with regular tracking and review to ensure the business growth in terms of sales growth, active accounts growth and store coverage growth

6. Setup channel database including distributor information, sales and coverage information and regular data analysis to find out the business opportunities.

7. Channel expense allocation, management and reimbursement.

8. The main distribution channels include but are not limited to: taobao, jingdong, Vipshop, xiaohongshu, yitiao.com, the beast and other e-commerce channels other than Tmall

Job Requirements/Qualifications

? Bachelor degree or above

? At least 10 years FMCG sales experience in multinational company

? 5-8 years experience in trade marketing area or channel management area.

? Good business sense.

? Excellent data analysis skill.

? Excellent Microsoft office skill.

? Good communication and inter personal skill

? Open minded

? Passion for winning and positive attitude to challenges.
