Jr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist （外包合同）

Job description

·         Plan and manage registration/notifications and annual reports in APAC regions including dossier preparation and response to questions from authorities in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain awareness regulatory changes in regulations on chemical management in APAC regions and identify potential business impact
• Manage external testing labs and external consultants when needed
• Assess business impact to new product launches related to product regulatory approvals
• Recommend programs and procedures to support compliance/risk issues/programs
• Implement programs and plans and coordinate with other trans-regional personnel necessary for compliance and commercial success.

• Participate in other projects related to wider RAPS activities as required

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

• BS or MS degree preferably in a related science (chemistry, Pharmacology, toxicology and biology etc.)
• > 1 years work experience in compliance-related field especially in chemical inventory and GHS
• Self-motivated, analytical problem solving skills and good communication skill.
• Good English speaking and writing. 
• Strong organization and communication skills, be able to work under pressure.
• Fast learner with a flexible style and the ability to adjust to changing business priorities.
• Highly accountable: solution-, results- and action-oriented
• Drive for results
• Responsive
• Ability to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels
• Able to handle multiple & complex tasks simultaneously, and with good sense to set priorities
