Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a PR plan with a goal to promote the Colliers brand and our key spokesperson in China East.
• Maintain sustaining relationship with the media.
• Proactively create and issue press releases to media to increase media exposure on a regular basis.
• Initiate and execute PR activities such as holding press conferences and setting up interviews.
• Support in the creation of social media content.
• Evaluate the media strategies of key competitors.
• Update senior management with recent changes and trends in the market.
• Assist in other marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with the other marketing experts in the region, the regional marketing head and the managing director as required.
• Perform any other duties as required by direct supervisor

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in PR or journalism required.
• Sound understanding of the Shanghai real estate market preferred.
• Existing media relationship preferred.
• Excellent Chinese writer.
• Good English written and spoken communications skill.
• Proactive and outgoing.
