岗位职责：

1、负责管理第三方仓储运输供应商的各项日常业务操作；

2、仓储运输相关的流程和工具优化，确保仓储运输业务的高效平稳运行；

3、监督管理第三方仓储运输供应商的工作绩效，包括3PL员工培训和绩效考核，跟进仓库库存准确率，收发货准确率，B2C和B2B到货时效等的落实与改善等；

4、仓储运输相关的投诉处理和跟进。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语6级及以上；

2、3年以上仓储运输相关工作经验，熟悉产品运输和物流配送运作流程，具备工作调度和管理经验；
3、熟练操作办公软件及SAP系统、精通Excel；
4、具备较强的团队意识和应变能力，良好的沟通技巧，缜密的工作思路，较强的抗压能力。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the daily business operations of third-party storage and transportation suppliers;

2. Optimize the processes and tools related to storage and transportation to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the storage and transportation business;

3. Supervision and management of the work performance of third-party warehousing and transportation suppliers, including 3PL staff training and performance appraisal, follow up implementation and improvement of warehouse inventory and receipt and delivery and B2C and B2B arrival accreditation accuracy;

4. Follow up storage and transportation related complaints.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above;
2. More than 3 years working experience in warehousing and transportation with experience in job scheduling and management, familiar with the process of product transportation and logistics distribution;

3. Proficient in office software, Excel and SAP;
4. Strong sense of teamwork and adaptability, good communication skills, careful thinking and strong resistance to pressure.
