Essential Functions:

? Design, review and maintains test specification base on industrial product specifications and software requirements; write and review testing plan and test cases

? Perform functional, performance and software test according to test specification and related requirements; manage and track the bugs base on process; generate and publish test reports

? Work closely with develop engineers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fix; Support developers with bug reproduce, log, etc

? Develop and perform unit test of software features ? Maintain and fix bugs for existing software features ? Maintain and optimize test tool, explore new test tool/framework/strategy

? Travels to customer sites for various stages of system test

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

? Bachelor's or Master's Degree in software Engineering with experience of full software life cycle as software tester

? 3+ years in relevant experience in software test of industrial products

? Familiar testing theory and procedure, master testing method and strategy, such as black box, white box, boundary, usability, etc.

? Familiar with new product development process.

? Familiar with test management process and tools like Confluence, JIRA etc

? Familiar with script languages like Python. Proficiency on writing test plan based on script languages

? Familiar with Unix/Linux OS. Proficiency in Linux basic commands is a plus

? Have the experience of automated software testing. Proficiency in zephyr, Google test etc is a plus

? Must have a good English skill, both in speaking and writing. Be able to read test plan and test cases in English, and write test procedures and record the test results in English

? Highly motivated, good at thinking，responsibility，open mind

?Good team sense, communication and coordination skills
