JD:
1. Responsible for the management of the bonded warehouse in accordance with Chinese customs regulations, formulate and perfect the bonded warehouse rules and regulations, standardize operation standard and procedures, improve the productivity and efficiency, reduce costs;
2. Manage warehouse operation team, and constantly optimize bonded warehouse operation process, to ensure smooth operation, Ensure the standard operations procedures are in place and followed by the team.; ensure that the bonded warehouse accord with industry environment requirements;
3. Scientific management of goods location, put forward reasonable improvement scheme to ensure warehouse maximize rate of utilization;
4. Responsible for the safety and security in the warehouse, including goods security,personnal security and operation equipments security;
5. Improve warehouse productivity and make sure the operational capabilities are in the first class in local logistics industry;
6. Based on warehouse Monthly KPIs to monitor and improve its performance in both profitability and productivity.
7. Responsible to implement new business / service from clients and make sure relevant capabilities are in place to meet the requirements.
8.Bonded warehouse daily management: department staff management, business guidance, training and assessment.
9. Assist commercial team in new business quotation and evaluate the feasibility in term of profitability.
10. Regular communication and visit to key clients to understand their concerns, requirements and expectations for existing/potential business.岗位职责：

工作内容：

1.负责保税仓库的管理符合中国海关规定要求，制定和完善保税仓库的各种规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；
2.管理仓库运作团队，不断优化保税仓库运营流程，确保运作流畅、并且监督各项流程的全面、正确执行；仓库内环境达到行业规定要求；

3.科学管理货品库位，提出合理化改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率；

4.制定仓库安全标准，全面负责保税仓库内安全管控（包括货品安全、人员安全、操作设备安全等）；
5.提高保税仓库生产率，保障其操作能力始终位于国内仓储行业领先水平；

6.确保保税仓库的月度盈利和生产力的KPI考核；

7.负责所辖仓库的运作能满足客户的不同需求；
8.所辖仓库的日常管理工作：包括部门员工的管理、指导、培训和评估；

9.协助商务部门引进新项目，并作项目可行性评估；

10.对于保税仓库重点客户的定期维护，不断挖掘其业务潜力。
