职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据客户要求，合理安排有效的运输方式。监控现场装车及打包情况，以确保货物运输过程中的安全性与及时性，确保货物准时安全到达
2.接收客户进出库的信息资料及客户的维护、与客户承运商和其他部门保持良好沟通协作，维护良好的客户关系
3.在发生延误及破损的情况时，确保良好沟通，将损失降低到最小
4.WMS系统的更新与维护，跟踪货物在途情况，每日客户报表的更新与发送
5.确保运输KPI在约定的水平以下，考核承运商的KPI水平，帮助承运商提高已达到KPI要求
6.协助复核系统出库或入库的标签和检货单、进出库资料的跟进，制做，传递，归档
7.确保发货单信息的有效性包括客户名称、电话、地址和收件人
8.客户退换货的处理
9.每个月与相关客户，运输公司进行对账单制作和核对
10. 完成主管布置的其他工作；
岗位要求：
1 大专及以上学历 专业不限；22－35岁；
2 两年以上仓库管理经验，熟悉收发货、库存管理。有5S管理经验者优先；
3 熟练操作Office办公软件，有SAP操作经验优先；
4 良好的沟通能力，诚实，能承担压力，具有分析/解决问题的能力；
5 具有基本的英语读写能力；
6 有相关制造行业仓储工作经验者优先考虑；
