Job Description:

  1.1       Application Operation Services (AO)  

• Basis operation ensures the availability and the efficient operation of the IT-Systems.

• Deployment/Transport Management: Regular import to set application changes productive with a high level of reliability and consistency according to defined steps or defined change request measures. It includes the execution of the import of the application changes and the corresponding error handling.

    1.2       Application Administration Services (AA)  

• User Administration: This service includes all changes of user accounts & application access.

• User Master Data Maintenance

• Roles & Rights Management

    1.3      Application Support Services (AS)  

• Call Management

• Service Request Management

• Incident Management

• Interface monitoring and event handling

        1.4       Application Maintenance Services (AM)  

• Corrective Maintenance

• Preventive Maintenance

• Adaptive Maintenance

OR

  1.5       WeChat Account Lifecycle management  

• Application :

1. Support user get one signed application form with IS check and IC confirm.

2. Support user to submit new/change request in ITSP.

3. Apply for a New IAM group.

4. Update information in WeChat Account Inventory.

    

• Delivery:

1. Create a new WeChat account on the WeChat management platform.

2. WeChat function deployment.

3. Arranged user training.

    

• Decommission:

1. Submit request in ITSP by request.

2. Update information in WeChat Account Inventory.

3. Delete the WeChat account in platform.

    

• Regular WeChat account tasks

1. WeChat account lifecycle check via half-year basis

2. Support Tencent annual account registration

3. Validate the account usage with owner

4. Keep the WeChat account record updates

5. WeChat security scan via half-year basis

OR

  1.6       SharePoint Lifecycle management:  

• Application :

1. Support user get one signed application form with IS check and IC confirm

2. Submit request in ITSP

3. Update information in SharePoint inventory

• Delivery

1. Handling the request in HPSM about new SharePoint application

2. Arranged training with SCA and SCO

• Delete

1. Submit request in ITSP by request

2. Update information in SharePoint inventory
