Responsibilities

· Maximize the sales of High Jewellery merchandises by targeting clients with the right approaches and products

· Proactively acquire new clients database not only by converting the walk-in clients, but also acquiring outside the boutique

· Build close relationship with clients by providing personalized services which in line with the Chopard experience

· Provide professional advice to clients on High Jewellery enquiries

· Ensure the display of products and boutique presentation are following company guidelines

· Maintain sales activities and daily operations in the boutique

· Perform other duties assigned by Boutique Manager

  

Requirements

· At least 5 years’experience in luxury retail, GIA holder preferred

· In-depth understanding in luxury W&J industry with specific high Jewellery knowledge

· With existing VIP client data-base is a definite asset

· Articulate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proactive, sales-driven and attention to details

· Customer-oriented, confident in handling prestigious clients in a polite and professional manner

· Good Command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
