· Daily expense, payments, contract and related invoices review and ensure the compliance to the accounting policy and external requirements

    

    

· Book keeping, handle month end/ quarter end/ year end, and aging of receivables and payable, manage bank and tax required filings

    

    

· Handle data filing per the statutory requirements and maintenance of accounting system and routine data back up and co-work with admin team to complete the company annual inspection

    

    

· Support to analyze the change of key accounts on monthly basis, and the application of local government subsidies

    

    

· Support effective internal control process, budget and forecast process, periodic project of accounting, say, expense work flow and fixed assets’ depreciation policy change related supporting

Requirements:

· 10+ years accounting experience, experience in multinational company would be an advantage

· Familiar with Finance system – Kingdee

· Familiar with Excel and Word

· Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance

· CICPA is a plus

· Manufacturing background is a plus

· Good written and oral English

· Able to perform the works independently. Responsible and reliable to the job
