1. Purchases materials and services.
2. Capital goods: Purchase the hot forming line. Tracing the detialed pruchasing information of main equipment.
3. Keep in touch with AP Central Fuction team to ensure Benteler rules are followed.
4. Identifies opportunities to reduce cost by competitive pricing, negotiations, online reverse auctions and bundling commodity purchases with other facilities.
5. Co-operate with project team to keep the project smoothly regarding the facilities, fixtures,etc.
6. Process orders for requisitions in a timely manner.
7. Ensures order confirmation, late order status and filing.
8. Manages information in SAP to ensure accurate price and lead time for stock and vendor information.
9. Participates in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems or improve processes.
10. Finish other works assigned by manager.
