岗位职责:

？ 对新发布的环境法律法规进行符合性辩识、跟踪及审核，持续改善环境状况符合法规要求。
Doing conformity identification, tracking and audit according to the newly published environmental protection laws and regulations, to continuously improve environmental compliance.
？ 建立并完善突发性环境应急预案、水污染控制管理程序、大气环境管理程序、辐射管理程序、噪声污染控制程序、危险废弃物管理程序等，并监督现场环境管理程序执行情况。
Set and complete environmental emergency plan, water contamination management procedures, atmosphere management procedure, radiation management procedure, noise contamination control management, and hazard waste management procedure. Audit on the site to ensure the environment compliant with management procedure.
？ 完善ISO14000体系，更新环境因素表及重大环境因素表，协助体系审核，制订、维护、修改与赛科制度和组织结构相一致的环保政策文件和工作程序，并在SECCO执行，持续改善环境管理业绩。
Improving ISO 14000 System, updating environmental factors table and major environmental factors table, assisting in system audit, developing, maintaining and revising environmental policy documents and working procedures in consistence with SECCO systems and organization structure and implementing them within SECCO, to improve environmental management performance continuously.
？ 组织内部各部门调查环境事故事件，协调与政府环保部门报告沟通工作。
Doing investigation of environmental incidents/events with inner departments. Coordinate the report and communication work with the environmental protection authorities.
？ 跟踪环保法律法规符合性，完善公司整体环境监测保护体系，并制定年度监测和治理计划，持续改进环境状况。
Trace compliance with environmental protection law, reform the integrated environment monitoring and protection system, formulate annual monitoring and governance program, continuously improve environment.
？ 协调污染物外排的符合性管理工作，安排相关污染排放的监测，分析相关治理措施，促使赛科营运符合政府相关环保法律、法规和标准。
Coordinating contaminants excretion compliance management work, arranging monitoring for relevant contaminants discharge, analysing associated control and treatment measures, pushing SECCO business operation to comply with environment laws, regulations and standards of the government.
？ 主动完成环境月报告和排污费核算。
Complete environment monthly report and pollutant charge calculation.
？ 负责向政府的环境报告和排污收费工作；负责赛科环保信息公开的数据统计和发布。
Being responsible for reporting to government and pollutant charge work; Being responsible for statistics and environmental information publicity for SECCO.
？ 判断环境对社区的影响分析，加强与社区的沟通和关怀，定期组织有益活动。
Analysing and judging environmental impacts on the community, strengthening communication with and showing care for the community, organizing beneficial activities periodically.
？ 负责公司碳排放管理工作。
Responsible for the company's carbon emissions management.
？ 进行环境相关培训。
Providing environment related trainings.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他任务。
Complete other assignments from superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 大学本科及以上学历，环境工程、环境化学、石油化工或相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Environmental engineering, environmental chemistry, petrochemical engineering or relevant.
？ 5年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验。
More than 5 years working experience in petrochemical industry and the professionality.
？ 具有开拓创新精神，能针对环境污染的原因提出改进措施。
Full of pioneering and creative spirit and can propose appropriate improving measures for the cause of environmental pollution.
？ 良好的人际关系、沟通、公共关系技巧。
Good skills on interpersonal relationship, communication and public relation.
？ 电脑技巧和分析能力。
Computer using skills and analysis competency.
？ 良好的英语能力。
Good English abilities.
