Senior Watch Specialist

  

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sales of High Watch merchandises by targeting clients with the right approaches and products

• Proactively acquire new clients database not only by converting the walk-in clients, but also acquiring outside the boutique

• Build close relationship with clients by providing personalized services which in line with the Chopard experience

• Provide professional advice to clients on High / Complicated Watch enquiries

• Ensure the display of products and boutique presentation are following company guidelines

• Maintain sales activities and daily operations in the boutique

• Perform other duties assigned by Boutique Manager

    

  Requirements  

• At least 5 years’ experience in luxury watch retail

• In-depth understanding in luxury W&J industry with specific complicated watch and watchmaking knowledge

• With existing VIP client data-base is a definite asset

• Articulate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, sales-driven and attention to details

• Customer-oriented, confident in handling prestigious clients in a polite and professional manner

• Good Command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
