Prepare the Orientation Program for all newly hired Team Members.Monitors attendance records of training classes.Conducts the training programs as assigned.Sets up classroom according the training check list, prepare sign in forms, handouts and training materials.Responsible to prepare and conduct the TMs activity, such as TM birthday party and so on.Responsible to maintain the team member library. Monitors departmental training and conduct the daily spot check.Responsible to follow up the training feed back from trainee and trainer. Collects skills training reports and communication reports from all departments to compile the Training section of monthly HR Report. Ensures that the HR Office and Training Room are kept clean and tidy at all times.Performs other tasks as assigned by Training Manager.
