职责描述：

1. 面向复杂的医学分析设备，负责系统内的固件以及FPGA的研发工作；

2. 在基于ARM的系列处理器架构中，研发相关的外设驱动并实现系统功能，包括：USB，Ethernet，PCIe，SPI，File system，等，有其中2项以上经验；

3. 能够完成中等规模的FPGA工程，包括仿真、验证、测试和调试等工作；

(第2和第3项，满足其一即可)

4. 完成嵌入式系统平台的搭建，调试与测试；

5. 用英语撰写相关的技术文档；

6. 同硬件研发工程师一起完成电子系统的设计、测试、验证；

7. 协助工程部完成相关的工程测试、工程优化等工作。

任职要求：

1. 电子信息工程或者计算机相关专业本科以上学历，五年以上的FPGA或嵌入式研发经验；

2. 有基于ARM based的相关工作经验，熟练掌握C，熟悉如xml、Perl脚本语言；嵌入式操作系统，如Linux，FreeOS，有一定的理解；有修改嵌入式系统的能力，熟悉其常用的进程管理；

3. 有一定的逻辑设计经验，有中等规模的FPGA相关的设计经验，熟悉xilinx系统设计流程；

4. 熟悉通用的通信协议如USB, TCP/IP等；

5. 能够使用VS平台开发相关的测试程序；

6. 熟悉软件测试流程；

7. 诚实，有极强的团队精神；

8. 较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通能力，独立思考的能力；

9. 英语CET-4以上水平，能用英语沟通；

10. 五年以上测试、测量、通信、或是医疗行业更佳。
