职责描述：
Incorporate infection control guidelines into hospital design and construction, setup hospital operational infection control surveillance system, and provide infection control training to hospital staff.
将感染控制指南纳入医院设计和建设阶段，建立医院运营时期的感染控制监测系统，对医院员工进行感染控制培训。

1. Provide guidance on infection control technical specifications and standards of national and local health authorities;
提供国家以及当地卫生行政部门关于医院感染相关技术规范和标准的指导;
2. Work with hospital project team to incorporate infection control standards into hospital design and construction e.g. setup proper medical waste disposal routes;
与医院工程部门合作，将感染控制标准纳入医院的设计和建设阶段，如建立适当的医疗废物处理流程和通道;
3. Set up hospital operational infection control surveillance system;
设定医院运营阶段的感染控制监测系统；
4. Assist clinical departments in establishing its’ infection prevention and control policies, organizing the implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement;
协助临床科室制定医院感染预防与控制的相关制度，组织实施、评价并持续改进；
5. Provide infection control related training to all hospital staff e.g. hand washing;
为医院的员工提供院感相关知识的培训，例如手卫生；
6. Supervise the storage, use and post-treatment of disposable medical devices and consumables;
监督一次性医疗器械和耗材的储存、使用和后处理；
7. Recommend and select proper infection control indicators based on hospital service, establish a hospital wide infection control indicators’ bank, benchmarking against peer and other international hospitals;
根据医院的服务范围，建议并选择合适的感染控制指标，建立全院性的感染控制指标库，并与同行和国际医院进行比较；
8. Participate in the administration and assessment of antibacterial drug use along with hospital relevant committees, and departments;
参与医院相关委员会、科室工作关于抗菌药物使用管理和评估；
9. Perform other duties as directed or required.
根据工作安排或需要行使其他相关职责.

任职要求：
1. College degree and above, medical background
大专及以上学历，医学专业
2. At least 3 years of hospital infection prevention & control management, familiar with national laws and regulations related to hospital infection management, familiar with hospital infection processes, and have experiences in receiving hospital infection related inspections is preferred.
至少3年以上医院感染预防和控制的管理经验，熟悉国家医院感染管理相关的法律法规，熟悉医院感染控制相关流程，拥有医院验收经历者尤佳。
