Responsibilities

?Manage all the aspects of the training room bookings, both internal and external training ?Training room set-up, catering service and logistics management

?Provide on-site support to the trainer and training participants during the in-person training program

?Manage and maintain the training database, track the learning status of online modules

?Daily maintenance on Learning Management System(LMS) and handle the issue with global vendors

?Prepare and develop the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals

?Response to employee's request in terms of process, procedure, policy as well as learning problem
