Position: SQE
Location: Shanghai, China

Principal Accountabilities:

1.Participate in the potential supplier evaluation and development, which range from initial quality assessment, inspection training, PPAP documents preparation and review. Supplier onsite pilot run review
2. Monitor the supplier performance, including monthly feedback, annual quality assessment, corrective action follow up and so on.
3. Establish the quality control requirements for incoming inspection.
4. Handle customer complaint raised by customers. Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR) to vendor and follow up the whole problem solving process, ensure the root causes are identified, actions are taken and effective.
5. Identify opportunities for improvements and drive vendors to make continual improvement.
6. Train the inspectors to ensure they understand the inspection requirements and method.

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:
Background / Education Requirements

1.Have 3+ years experience in process quality control in mechanical industry; experience in electrical industry is a plus.
2.Have experience in ISO 9001 quality system establishment and sustaining.
3.Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.
4.Good at team building and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
5.Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, MSA.
