Role description:
This role acts as main point of contact towards a defined UBS hub and coordinates all activities in the BPO factory, as well as project managing production of digital materials. Besides coordinating requests and activities in the BPO factory, they liaise with Digital Project Managers, ensure quality and turnaround times, and proactively identify service improvements.

Required experience & skills
Higher education, preferably in Communication, Marketing or Business Administration
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally from a digital agency.
Strong interest in web communication and digital marketing trends
Good knowledge of content strategy, web design, UX, analytics, SEO and email marketing
Knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Campaign, Target and Audience Manager)
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Further language skills from APAC local markets (China / HK, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand)
