We are looking for (Senior) Marketing Manager for a Medical Device company and a Life Science company in Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
? Closely working with Business Unit to establish regional strategic marketing plan for all product line. Responsible for execution (tactical and operational planning) and result for both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.
? Work with cross function team for the all products such as market research and analysis of competition, product positioning, pricing, product launch and promotion, model mix, distribution, product supply forecasting, product life cycle etc.
? To provide marketing leadership to both internal and external customers
? Actively manage and develop industry segment team
Job Qualification:
? Science and/or Business degree is highly preferred. Ideal candidate should have advanced degree in Life Science, Medical, Biomedical business, Engineering, Marketing. (MBA) Master degree in Business Administration is preferred
? 5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry, ideally in marketing, sales or related area
? In depth of industry segment knowledge; has good rapport with key opinions leaders
? Has thorough understanding of marketing mechanisms and able to lead tem for implement
? Great people management and leadership skill
? Excellent presentation skill; Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Proficiency in English and mandarin
