工作职责

搭建公司的CRM团队

1、会员管理：负责多个品牌用户管理体系的建立、维护和完善，提升用户消费体验，增加有效会员数量及销售额；

2、会员营销：制定并完善会员权益与政策，丰富会员积分等活动；

3、客户维护：通过CRM软件、短信、微博、微信、淘帮派等工具，跟会员进行互动，催化会员活跃度，培养优质会员；

5、项目管理：独立创建会员相关项目及跟进完成项目，主动合理安排资源，并且能够总结整理工作流程及方法；

任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，有电商平台运营相关工作经验优先；

2.具备较强的数据监控及分析能力，能够依据分析结果制定有效营销推广方案；

3.熟悉美妆、保健品、母婴、洗护或者快销品优先考虑；
