MAIN MISSIONS:
è Contribute to China Retail China department to achieve business goals
è Main operational interface with the regional distributors
è Responsible of the operations coordination between regional distributors and internal teams
TASKS:
1) Ensure product order flows in Retail channels
- Update order forms on a monthly basis with new products, marketing supports, etc.
- Treat the orders received from distributors (check stock availability, DLC, marketing supports allocation, etc.)
- Coordinate the physical & payment flows with Logistics & Finance departments
2) Coordinate Retail & Marketing activities in China market
- Communicate Marketing campaigns guidelines to distributors
- Coordinate roadshows, POS openings, DS activities with distributors
- Manage POS opening subscription & POS maintenance procedures
3) Gather quantitative/qualitative feedbacks and share with internal teams
- Sales report (weekly & monthly basis)
- Pictures of POS for each marketing campaign, roadshows, etc.
4) Support China Sales Director & Sales department on administrative tasks (book flight tickets, hotels, payments, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
e College degree and above; minim 1 or 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing department
e Excellent team player: Work closely with internal departments
e Good communication skills; Main interface with distributors
e Dynamic, optimistic, very positive attitude
e Pro-active & able to work under pressure à responsible of operation execution/leadtime
e Good learning ability and willing to continuously improve with open mind
e Proficient English (written and spoken)
e Good skills in Excel & Powerpoint
