 Finance   Leader         

Report to: CFO           

1. financial group responsible for the overall planning, financial management, the group and the Department of accounting and finance overall scheduling;           

2. provide financial basis for group management, business development and project investment etc.;            

3. responsible for the establishment of accounting system, in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise financial budget system and financial monitoring system, standardize the financial statements and basic management work;            

4. in charge of major investment projects and business activities of the risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control of financial risks;            

5. to strengthen working capital, inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, improve the utilization efficiency of funds;            

6. of the company's revenue overall planning and management, the use of reasonable tax avoidance tax policy;            Maintain good communication with 7. responsible for financial and tax, bank and other relevant departments to create a good external environment.   

 Job requirements:   

1. bachelor degree in finance related major or above, CPA, ACCA and other professional qualifications and MBA study experience is preferred;           

2. More than 10 years of well-known enterprises financial related work experience, a large Internet company is preferred; 

 3. excellent financial knowledge, financial analysis and financial management experience; strong cost management, risk control and financial analysis capabilities;            

4. good logical thinking, learning ability and business judgment, to adapt to the rapidly changing; have strong communication ability and the business sector, to help promote cross team implementation of the project landing, strong anti pressure;            

5. have experience of financial operation specification of overseas listed companies preferred.
