负责项目制度的执行与反馈、项目计划的实施与反馈、项目过程管理、项目调度管理等
职责描述 Area of Responsiblility/Task
负责策划项目方案、预算、进度计划和实施细则。
Responsible forp roject planning, budgeting, scheduling and action plan
负责并确保项目质量,项目进度及合理成本。
Responsible for project required quality, on time delivery and cost within budget
协调解决项目实施中出现的问题。
Coordination on trouble shooting during execution of project
组织项目协调会议，跟踪项目活动，撰写项目报告。
Organization of project meeting, tracking of project activities, editing of project report
负责贯彻项目管理流程，包括项目费用、沟通、文档等的管理。
Execution of project management process， management of project costing, communication and documentation
为各部门提供一切项目执行过程中所需的信息、技术、资源支持。
Share of information and technology within functional department, resource management
负责对客户具体要求的响应和反馈，与客户建立良好的合作关系，共同完成合同所规定的项目目标。
Responsible for the feedback and reaction on customer requirement, development of customer relationship, in order to achieve the contractual project targets

技能 Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
有大型设备工程项目管理经历者为佳。
Management experience of large equipment engineering project is preferred.
机械或机电专业背景
Mechanical or electromechanical background
良好的逻辑思维和语言、书面表达能力，具有较强的沟通愿望
Good at logical thinking, high ability on language/ written expression, strong willingness on communication
良好的英语或德语的听、说、读、写水平。
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English or German.
良好的人际沟通能力，善于团队工作
Good interpersonal and communication skills, good at team work
