Main Responsibilities:
1. Market Intelligence:
- Regularly collect and analyze the Chinese market segments' information (size, trend, competition, etc.) by product line and update MI annually
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' market move and provide management briefings

2. Product Management:
- Support R&D on the product development / MCP ideas and development decisions
- Support other product management requests, e.g. SOB, MCP release, etc.

3. Portfolio Management:
- Regularly collect market requirements on product specifications
- Continuously monitor technical standard updates and provide feedback to R&D requests
- Develop product introduction, release and phase out plan

4. OPW Coordination:
- Coordinate and validate inputs for PPC, MCP and VAM measures and update system monthly
- Derive OPW reports from the system for monthly briefing

5. Other management assignment, including but not limited to for instance:
- Support company strategy development
- Support management report

Requirements:
· Electric knowledge, especially high voltage switchgear technology
· Good knowledge on market analysis tools and learning capabilities
· Good analytical skills and strategic thinking competences
· Good communication skills and team player
· Experiences in market analysis / business development / strategic planning as a good plus
· Working experiences in multi-tasks handling preferred
· Working experiences in MNC with intensive interactions with HQ preferred
· Self motivated with initiative
