职位描述
Primary Objective:
Responsible for meeting defined sales targets of Engineered Solutions to selected industry segments in China (can also be export out from China through Engineering companies and OEMs in China)
Key Activities:
Develop, implement and follow up the sales strategy for solution sales
Together with sales support team, prepare and implement solution sales plans for sales in mainland China
Coordinate with other sales colleagues in handling leads, prospects as well as in developing and coordinating the activity and offering to customers
Together with marketing department, participate in making and implementing marketing plans
Work closely with sales, engineering, production, project mgmt, after-sales, service teams in CN
Find customers by different ways (existing resources, OEM & dealers, Internet, existing inquiry, phone, design institute etc.)
Communicate with customers to understand needs and requirements, make value based quotation together with inside sales / technical support.
Make technical presentation of Nederman solution and help customer understand the value in the offered solution.
Conduct commercial negotiation and close orders with customers within the agreed technical and commercial frame set by Nederman Suzhou.
Build good customer relationships, communicate with existing customers for new opportunities.
Follow and collect relevant market intelligence: information about technology, market trends, competitors etc.
Weekly activity plan / visit reports / CRM updates
Support other sales team members as necessary

任职资格
Qualification
Relevant university degree
Min 8 years of working experience in China
Min 3 years’ experience in B2B capital goods sales with solid track record
Ability to build relationships with key customers at high levels within their organizations
Active, hands-on way of working
Ability and willingness to develop himself/herself
Native Chinese with fluent Mandarin
Good presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Honest and responsible
Target oriented team player
Preferred
5 years in industrial air filtration/air pollution control business
Working experience heavy industry, such as chemical, steel, power generation, cement
Sales team management experience is an advantage
Experience from working in a foreign company is an advantage
Good command of English
